You know sometimes when the weather is pefect… the sun is golden… your near the water… and there are no bugs?
Ok when I look at these pictures from this session that is exactly what I remember. We were down at the water in Charlevoix and the session couldn’t have gone better. You will see at the very end of the post the water fountain pics. YEAH it was awesome! I have since photographed their handsome little man Cooper which you will see shortly. These are a couple of good lookin’ parents right?

Holy belly right?? My little man is a grower! My sister, mom and I drove around for a while to find the perfect place for some fall shots of my belly. A few teenage boys drive by super slow looking at us by this field like we were CRAZY. 
My sister fell in a hole and her feet went above her head (she saved my camera.) It was a funny 10 minutes! Next will be a pumpkin patch with my husband.

These two are really good friends of my husband and I. One week after taking these pictures baby Beau Daniel arrived! A little early but really healthy and adorable as ever! Only a couple more days until his first photo session…. Jessi-Jo is a total country girl/cowgirl so it was only right to take the pictures on their farm. I love them!

Almost exactly a year before this session I took Sarah and Josh’s pictures… a just because couple’s shoot. My husband Josh and this Josh have been good friends since high school. These two (Sarah and Josh) have been together a long time and have such a natural love! They are going to be SUCH great parents!! Baby Lane will be here later this month and I can’t wait to meet him!

Sharmai’s belly was sooo cute! I had fun shooting her and David… and now their little one is here! I can’t wait for her to come because everyone knows how much I LOVE to photograph newborns! I went a little ebay crazy buying props for newborns because there is so many about to be born that I have sessions with.

I always say that there is a glow and beauty that I love to photograph from an expecting mom. It’s so awesome that they want me to document their baby bump and I feel so honored that they choose me. I feel so artistic and creative with maternity sessions…. love love love them! Last week I had this awesome shoot with Adrianne and I couldn’t wait to show these!

Today we braved the cold windy temp and went to the beach…. my poor sister was freezing cold in a T-shirt and cargo pants! We didn’t last long so hopefully she doesn’t have my niece within the next couple days. She’s not due until May 14th but I think she will go before then. She told me to let her see them first but sorry… (I have little sister syndrome and I don’t listen very good) here are a few of my faves from tonight.

I just have to say that I love love love shooting maternity sessions! The beautiful women that I’ve been so lucky to work with recently have ROCKED their sessions…. I get to be artistic and they love it too. I have a few COA trade marked (if you will) poses that I use pretty much each session. Here is one little sneak peak shot… I have to show the mommy to be the session to see which pictures will be posted.
