Hi! My name is Erika and I am photographer of Center of Attention Photography. My blog is a way for everyone to view recent work and get to know me! I am the very proud mommy to Braylan. I have the most wonderful and supportive family and friends. I LOVE what I do and I hope you can tell!
Walking in a winter wonderland! Probably the funniest groomsmen I have ever met. Lovin’ the pyramid at the church the did… took some talking into for Kellan and the pictures leading up to him getting to the top are great. I already have a problem narrowing the pictures from wedding I show on my blog and every wedding I do it gets worse. Valerie looked stunning… and her color scheme was perfect for their special day.
I feel like I always say how cute and happy the babies I get are…. but they are! This little guy didn’t mind us changing poses and taking lots and lots of pictures. His eyes are so wide and bright. Dad had some good ideas too!
This post is a little late. Amelia is so happy and always smiling! It wasn’t hard talking David into some of my favorite daddy/baby poses…. he was willing and ready. I love that! Sharmai had her maternity pictures done in the fall so you might remember seeing these two.
This is baby Brennan. He was about 1 month old when I saw him last and wow has he grown! His sister Hallie jumped in to show me her cute dance moves…. 
This is Claire! She is an aspiring model and I was able to shoot her first portfolio pictures. Keep a look out for her in the future!
Ok…. I’m feeling a little disconnected. I have finally had the chance to breathe, re-group and start brain storming again. Since about last May around the time my niece Elleana was born time has flown by! She is almost one and I’m wondering where the time has gone. Last winter I sat in front of my computer looking…. researching and praying to become the business woman and artist I had worked so hard to be for 5 years to become. I’m not exactly where I want to be as of yet but I’m getting there. A photographer by the name of Shelby Leigh made a list of goals that she she wanted to accomplish a year or so ago and I have wanted to do the same. I think by posting it it will give me the kick in the butt I need to achieve them! She did 101 in 1001 days…. BUT I’m doing 50 things before I turn 28. I’m 25 now so three years!

3. Ride a bike 5 miles

5. Get published in a book
6. Build an amazing studio
7. Meet someone famous
8. Go to WPPI in Las Vegas
9. Start wearing contacts again

12. Get a family picture taken with the 5 of my family members our partners and my niece

14. Donate hand made products to a children’s hospital

I’ve been working hard… but not on my blog! It takes a while to re-size, choose the pictures, and water mark every picture I post. I love looking at other people’s blog and can’t wait for them to update so I know my loyal readers probably are checking in and asking where the heck I am!
I have been really focused on my photography business since I’ve started. I always say it’s my life and it really is. It’s all I talk about… what props I need, how I want a huge studio with a specific things in it, about how cute the babies and kids I get to shoot are. I mean I always talk about what I do because I love it so much!
